# Read Before Troubleshooting

Please go through the troubleshooting steps and guides for your errors before making a support ticket in the Discord. Most of the time, the solution to your issue can be found and fixed through here!

**Support Tools:**\
Additionally, we have support tools in the [Downloads](https://app.gitbook.com/o/khnw44QRVLxxzoBCLeCE/s/KT9vVA07jy82ElkLXpW3/~/edit/~/changes/7/introduction/general-downloads#support-software) page that can check your PC requirements to tell you what isn't disabled or enabled, so you know what is directly causing the issue. The support tools can also automatically disable some stuff for you so you don't have to do it!

**\[1] Check System -** `will check your system like the image below.`

{% hint style="info" %}
It is highly recommended to try running a support tool before opening a support ticket in the Discord because 90% of the time we are going to make you run it anyway if you open one.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://gandyhacks.gitbook.io/gandyhacks-docs/read-before-troubleshooting.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
