# Ban Prevention

## 🔁 Using Cheats in Other Games

While our tools are safe during use with **Call of Duty**, they are **not safe** to leave running when launching other games (like **Fortnite**, **Apex**, etc.).

### ❗ Why?

Our **driver** remains loaded in your system memory. If you close COD and start another protected game, it can detect the leftover driver — leading to an **instant ban**.

### 🛠️ How to Fully Unload the Driver:

1. **Turn off Fast Boot** in your Windows Power Settings.
2. **Shut down** your PC and **unplug the power** for a few seconds.
3. **Boot back up**, then **restart again** via the Start Menu.\
 → This double restart clears memory properly.

✅ Always perform this after using Cheats before switching to another game.

## 🧠 Avoid Bans Using Cheats

### 👁️ Avoid Player Reports

* Don’t snap aim or prefire while being spectated.
* **Use legit aimbot settings** and keep movements natural.
* Play according to your **account level**.\
 → Dropping 30 kills on a level 10 account gets you reported fast.
* Aged / Leveled up account looks more legit

### 🧠 The Long-Term Cheater Mindset

* **There’s always a risk.**\
 If you can’t risk your main account — **don’t cheat on it.**
* Cheating should be for **fun and comfort**, not high-stakes accounts.
* We don’t offer refunds or replacements — this is part of the risk.
* Game devs constantly evolve their detections — **stay smart** and cheat responsibly.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://gandyhacks.gitbook.io/gandyhacks-docs/main/ban-prevention.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
