# Key Not Found / Invalid License Key

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

### Use a VPN

Consider using a VPN, such as [ProtonVPN](https://protonvpn.com/) (which is free). This may help if your firewall or ISP is blocking the connection.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Ensure You Have the Latest Loader

Make sure you are using the latest version of the loader. Check for updates and install them if available.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Switch to a Different Network

Try connecting from a different network to see if the issue persists. This could help identify if the problem is specific to your current network.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Check Key Validity

* Confirm that your key still has valid subscription time.
* The time of your subscription counts down from its first activation in the loader.
  {% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Reset Windows or New PC?

If you recently reset your Windows or switched PCs, open a support ticket in the discord with your invoice and key to receive a HWID reset.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

{% hint style="info" %}
Products with a built in spoofer do not require a separate spoofer loader; it is integrated into the tool itself.
{% endhint %}

By following these steps, you can address the error triggered by loader communication issues with Authentication servers. If the problem persists, consider reaching out for further assistance or checking the support resources for the specific tool or service.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://gandyhacks.gitbook.io/gandyhacks-docs/key-not-found-invalid-license-key.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
